Part of our process involves
ensuring that every product delivered is 
to the customer’s exact specification.

Products can be designed by us, bought from a current
range or manufactured to the customer’s requirements. 

In each step of the process, we will ensure that a 
sample is provided to the customer as well as any 
technical drawings to ensure no misunderstandings 
arise concerning what is required. This will also include 
packaging and instructions.

Once the specification has been agreed and orders 
placed, our engineers will visit the factory during the 
production process to test the product as it comes 
off the production line and batch test products 
before loading onto the container.
